City of Justin - Street Improvement Program Year 4

The City of Justin, Texas, will receive sealed bids for the referenced project which involves the reclamation of North Snyder Avenue (base bid) and five (5) additive alternates: North College Avenue, Harmonson, North Denton Avenue, North Jackson Avenue, and West 2nd Street. As a whole, the project includes approximately 18,000 square yards of full depth reclamation with cement, 2” Type D HMAC, and culvert replacement. The number of additive alternates awarded will depend on funding availability. Bids for a Contract shall be submitted on the bid forms provided, properly signed by an officer of the company, and dated. A Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the sum of Total Amount Bid must accompany each Bid. The City reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject bids. Bids will be received until 2:00 PM local time, on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, by the City Secretary, City of Justin, 415 N College Street, Justin, Texas 76247. Bids received after that time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and read at 2:05 PM on the same day in the City Council Chambers. A zoom meeting may be setup to broadcast the bid results. A zoom meeting link will be provided to all planholders on record if needed. Bid Documents via PDF copy may be obtained free of charge by CivCast (https://www.civcastusa.com/) under the City of Justin – Street Improvement Program Year 4. Addenda are free of charge and will be distributed to those who obtain Bid Documents from CivCast. For more information, you may contact Westwood at (817) 412-7155 for questions. As of now, PDF copies will be the only way these bid documents may be obtained, if hard copies are needed accommodations may be made but there will be a charge for printing and mailing of Bid Documents.
