ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDSSealed Bids for the construction of the Swan Meadows Utility Improvements, Contract 22-18 will bereceived, by the City of Aberdeen, at City Hall, 60 N Parke Street, Aberdeen, MD 21001, until 1:00 PMlocal time on Thursday, September 17th, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened.The Project consists of the replacement and improvement to approximately 7,800 linear feet of water main, 9,750 linear feet of sanitary sewer and associated appurtenances, as well as asphalt trench repair and restoration of affected curb and sidewalk within the right of way throughout the community of SwanMeadows.Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Deadline for questions is Thursday, September 10th, 2026 at 4:00 PM. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all bids.The project is partially funded by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
