All interested parties are encouraged to attend this meeting.Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the name of the project. All bids are required to be received by designBLD at 54 Tunkhannock Avenue, Exeter, PA 18643 no later than 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, September 3, 2026, at which point they will be publicly opened.Electronic bidding documents can be obtained by contacting Lynn Torrick at ltorrick@designbld.com, located at designBLD, 54 Tunkhannock Avenue, Exeter, PA 18643, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $25.00 payable to designBLD. Any questions regarding the bidding documents should be directed in writing via email to ltorrick@designbld.com.A bid guaranty, which can be a certified check, bank cashier's check, trust company treasurer's check, bid bond on the form provided with the contract documents, or another form of security permitted by applicable law, must be submitted with each proposal. This guaranty must be in the amount of 10% of the total bid and is required to ensure that the bidder will execute the contract if awarded. The project is funded in whole or in part through grant funding, and the contract documents specify the payment of Pennsylvania prevailing wage rates for the project.
