The due date for the proposals is Thursday, September 10, 2026, with a deadline time of 11:00 a.m.All vendors must comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any non-responsive proposals or all proposals, as allowed by N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-22, and to waive minor informalities or non-material exceptions that may be in the best interest of the Board.This public notice also states that Federal funds will be utilized to procure the goods/services as outlined in the bid specifications. The percentage of the total cost of the goods/services funded by Federal Program Title I SIA Funds is 100%.
