The City of Albert Lea is seeking sealed bids for a public opening at the office of the City Clerk located at the City Center, 221 E. Clark Street, Albert Lea, Minnesota, 56007. Bids will be accepted until 3:00 PM on September 8, 2026, for the rental of tillable acres adjacent to the Albert Lea Waste Water Treatment Plant.
