Feasibility Study Safe Routes to School

City of Havre de Grace is seeking consultant assistance to perform a Feasibility study to assess the project goals and practicality of our Safe Routes to School project across Route 40. The study will identify opportunities for safe, accessible and connected bike/pedestrian routes from adjacent subdivisions west of US 40 to Havre de Grace Elementary, Middle and High Schools. The City of Havre de Grace may award one project-specific contract for these services. The duration of the contract will not exceed one year.  The total funding authority for this contract shall not exceed $150,000. No minimum amount of work or funds is guaranteed under this contract. All work performed under this contract must be for services as outlined in the contract scope of work and in conformance with all contract terms and conditions and payment provisions.
