Mainline Turnouts Procurement

Morristown & Erie Railway, Inc. is seeking sealed bids from qualified suppliers and manufacturers of special trackwork to provide seven complete packages of 136 RE turnout materials and switch timbers for the Morristown & Erie Railway system located in Morris County, New Jersey. This procurement is partially funded by the Federal Railroad Administration's Consolidated Rail Infrastructure and Safety Improvements Program (CRISI).Bids must be submitted via email by 2:00 PM ET on Wednesday, September 9, 2026. A public bid opening will take place at that time in the M&E Conference Room, located at 49 Abbett Avenue, Morristown, NJ 07960.
