Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Engineer of the Village of Bratenahl, Ohio at his office at 22999 Forbes Road, Oakwood Village, Ohio 44146 until 11:00am, local time, on September 3, 2026 and publicly opened and read aloud immediately thereafter for the purchase of 7.64 acres of village owned property at 11404 Lakeshore Boulevard, Permanent Parcel Number 631-20-002.Bid documents can be obtained by email request to the Village Engineer, Donald Bierut, PE at bierut@cvelimited.com. A link to the documents will be provided.Bid documents include an 'Offer to Purchase and Contract', described below, and a Phase I Assessment, which includes plans for the existing structure, wetland delineation, historical information, current zoning classification, and other information. The bid documents also include an 'Offer to Purchase and Contract'. That document includes the terms and conditions for the purchase, including Earnest Money required at the time of bid.The completed 'Offer to Purchase and Contract' with Earnest Money shall be submitted to the Village Engineer by the date and time noted above. Bids must be submitted on forms available ONLY as noted above and in strict accordance with the 'Offer to Purchase and Contract'. Each Bid shall state the full name of each person, firm or corporation interested in the bid submitted and be enclosed in an envelope marked 'Bid For: Purchase of Property known at Permanent Parcel No. 631-20-002'. The Village reserves the right to reject any and all bids and conditional bids will not be considered under any circumstances.
