Notice Of Sponsorship Opportunity For Annual Holiday Train

The Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board (JPB), owner and operator of Caltrain commuter rail service, invites interested organizations and community partners to sponsor the 2026 Holiday Train. Sponsorship proceeds will be used to defray event costs and support a safe, accessible, family-oriented public event.Sponsorships will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to agency review and approval. The Gold Sponsor level is limited to one sponsor and will be awarded to the first eligible organization that submits a complete sponsorship agreement acceptable to the JPB and satisfies applicable agency policies and community standards. Multiple Silver and Bronze sponsors may be accepted.All sponsorships are subject to agency review and approval. The agency reserves the right to decline any sponsorship that is inconsistent with agency policy, applicable law, public trust, operational needs, or community standards. Sponsor recognition does not constitute endorsement, recommendation, or approval by the agency of the sponsor, its products, services, views, or activities, nor does it provide any procurement preference, special access, or advantage in agency contracting or decision-making.
