Interested parties must reference the RFQ publication to obtain the passcode for attendance.Bidders must ensure that their responses are submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to the City Clerk's Office, City of Post Falls, 408 N Spokane St., Post Falls, ID 83854, clearly marked as “RFQ Response Enclosed – City of Post Falls – WRF Operational Efficiency Evaluation.” Responses can be delivered by hand, mail, or electronically.
