Bia Po'i Naokwaide Creek Culvert to Bridge Replacements

The Idaho Department of Fish and Game (IDFG) is seeking proposals for a construction project aimed at replacing two stream crossings over Bia Po'i Naokwaide Creek located on the Salmon-Challis National Forest near Indianola. The project involves replacing two existing culverts with bridges that have already been purchased and are onsite, facilitating aquatic organism passage (AOP). One of the crossings is situated on Forest Service Road 039 and the other on the Salmon River Road. A pre-bid tour of the project site is scheduled for August 19, 2026, at 10 am, where interested bidders can gain insights into the project. Bidders are required to submit sealed proposals to IDFG by 3:00 pm, local prevailing time, on September 4, 2026. Proposals should be mailed to the IDFG Salmon Regional Office, Attention: Megan Heller, 99 U.S. 93 Salmon, ID 83467. All proposals will be publicly opened and read at the specified time and date.
