RFP- Winter Tree Lighting Services For Hudson River Park

The Trust is seeking to hire experienced and responsive winter tree lighting services (hereafter the “Contractor”) to provide, install, and maintain winter tree lighting at several locations in Hudson River Park. As more particularly described in the Scope of Work, the lights would be installed on or around November 16, 2026 and should be removed on or around January 11, 2027. Lights provided by contractor should be weather proof, bright white, and installed with no physical impacts to trees. Contracting Process:  The contract is anticipated to start in November 2026.  The contract is estimated from November 2026-January 2027.  The form of contract that accompanies this RFP must also be reviewed by respondents.
