2026 Sidewalk Replacement Project

The City of Wyoming is seeking sealed bids for the 2026 Sidewalk Replacement Project, which includes all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for completion. Bids must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. EST on September 10, 2026, at the City of Wyoming office located at 800 Oak Ave., Wyoming, OH 45215, where they will be publicly opened and read aloud. There will be no cost for obtaining the bid documents. Interested parties can contact Megan Statt Blake at mstattblake@wyomingohio.gov to obtain the documents. Bidders must comply with federal funding requirements, including the Davis-Bacon Act for prevailing wage, a good faith effort for 10% Minority Business Enterprise participation, and Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the bidder's name, address, and project name. If sent by mail, the bid should be in a separate mailing envelope. The City of Wyoming reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject any or all bids.
