PE Enabling Projects

The State University of New York at Albany will receive sealed bids for project number P-1561 titled PEEnabling Projects until 01:00 PM local time on Friday, September 11, 2026 at University at Albany, ServiceBuilding "A", 1400 Washington Ave., Albany NY 12222 SBA 103, where such proposals will be publiclyopened and read aloud. The PE Enabling Projects include the renovation of the existing fitness center, women's track / cross countrylocker rooms, men's basketball Locker room, and Hall of Fame / Training room. Construction of footballlocker room and lounge, football coach's locker room, women's track / cross country locker room and sportsmedicine room. This work will support the PE Building Renovation Phase 1 construction project. All work on this Contract is to be Fully Completed by Thursday, July 22, 2027, commencing the date ofapproval by the New York State Comptroller. This is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended that anyone trulyinterested in this job attends a site visit.
