907 Michigan Ave Community Outreach and Engagement Center Phase II

Roswell Park seeks proposals from General Construction firms to provide professional management services for construction of the of the second phase of the Community Outreach Center on Michigan Avenue. Roswell Park strongly encourages firms to team/partner with Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) in formulating their proposals. The 907 Phase II Project will expand the community resource footprint by approximately 4,600 square feet, adding a 20+ seat classroom, large collaboration room, two community co-working rooms, semi-private drop-down areas, public gathering space, and an expansion to the very popular community gallery. The expansion of programs and events will require additional staff to support the mission which will be accommodated through the addition of private offices and hoteling workstations. A partial second story and basement will allow for future growth and storage of program supplies and resources.
