McDonald Farm Water Upgrades

Hamilton County Procurement Department is inviting sealed bids for the construction project titled McDonald Farm Water Upgrades, Project MF-26-12.01. The work involves the installation of approximately 2,650 linear feet of 2” diameter Class 200 PVC pipe water line along with several multi-valve box stations within the McDonald Farm Park Property. The new water line will connect to the existing water meter located on the west side of the driveway entrance to McDonald Farm Park at 16609 Coulterville Road.A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled to take place on-site on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at 10:00 AM (ET).Bidding documents will be provided by Hamilton County Public Works. Interested bidders should contact Natalie Gill via email at natalieg@hamiltontn.gov for instructions on accessing the internet FTP site to download the necessary plans and specifications.Bids must be submitted before 10:00 AM (ET) on Tuesday, September 15, 2026.
