The University at Albany is seeking bids from all qualified Diploma Producers that can print and provide diplomas, provide an on-line ordering system, provide electronic diplomas, and direct mail distribution services. Once printed, the vendor will be required to ship/mail directly to the customer using United States Postal Services (USPS) first class mail or when requested by the customer, an expedited shipping company.
