This Project consists of the following: MECHANICAL: Project includes demolition, renovation and installation of new heating, ventilation & air conditioning (H.V.A.C.) systems, modifying the existing geothermal loop piping and refurbishing the existing cooling tower to enable operation. GENERAL CONSTRUCTION: Project includes installation of a new visual screen at the rooftop mechanical, new relocated smoke vent on the roof and miscellaneous partition and ceiling work on the interior. STRUCTURAL: Project includes new dunnage and visual screen support at rooftop. CB: BK 08 Project #: ACEDCA215 / EPIN: 85026B0110 Late Bids Will Not Be Accepted.
