Interior Renovations to the Saddle Brook Public Library

The Saddle Brook Public Library is seeking sealed proposals for interior renovations. Proposals will be received on September 18, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Library located at 340 Mayhill Street, Saddle Brook, NJ 07663. Bidding documents can be examined at the office of DMR Architects, located at 777 Terrace Ave., 6th Floor, Hasbrouck Heights, NJ 07604, during business hours. An electronic copy of the bidding documents will be available for procurement starting August 17, 2026, at the Architect's office. A non-refundable payment of $75.00 is required to obtain the electronic documents. Bidders must request and procure the documents themselves to be included on the bidders' list, as bids will not be accepted from those not on the list. A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for August 21, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Library site. Bidders should submit any requests for information regarding the bidding documents by the end of business on September 01, 2026. An addendum to the bidding documents will be issued by September 08, 2026, in response to any inquiries. Bids must include a certified check, cash, or bid bond of at least ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, not exceeding $20,000.00. The successful bidder must execute the contract and provide a satisfactory performance bond within two weeks of contract award. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the deposit as liquidated damages. All bids must comply with the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act and the Affirmative Action Program.
