SOLICITATION TITLE: Project Management Consultant Services for Westchester Yard Mitigation and Drainage Enhancement   Description of Goods or Services to Be Bid: The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (“MTA”), acting by and through MTA Construction and Development Company (“MTA C&D”), seeks to engage a consultant organization (the “Consultant”) to provide project management, administration, inspection, and support services in support of a construction contract for flood mitigation and drainage enhancements at the New York City Transit (“NYCT”) Westchester Yard The Consultant shall manage, oversee, and support the construction of a perimeter barrier around the yard in the form of floodwalls, gates, and backflow prevention at utilities in and out of the yard; and (ii) designing and constructing a new drainage system within the yard.   FUNDING: 100% Federal                  Est $ Range: $10M – $50M                                 Pre-Bid: Virtual via Microsoft Teams                        Date: 8/20/2026          Time: 10:00 AM   A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at 10:00AM on Thursday, August 20, 2026 via Microsoft Teams.
