West New York Recreation Center Construction

The Town of West New York is inviting sealed bids for the construction of the West New York Recreation Center. Bids will be received by the Board of Commissioners on September 22, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. in the Town Clerk's Office located at the Municipal Building, 428-60th Street, West New York, N.J.Bid information can be obtained in the form of a flash drive at CPA Architecture, LLC, located at 6401 Park Avenue, Suite 201, West New York, New Jersey, during regular business hours from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. A payment of $75 is required upon receipt of the bid documentation.Bidders must submit their bids using the provided forms, enclosed in a sealed envelope that includes the name and address of the bidder. The envelope should be addressed to the Town of West New York and clearly marked with the title 'West New York Recreation Center Construction'. Bidders are required to comply with the applicable laws and regulations, including N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bids.
