Shepherd of the Hills Fish Hatchery Shop Exterior Renovation

The scope of work under this contract includes renovations to five buildings, encompassing all necessary labor, equipment, materials, site preparation, demolition, construction, fabrication, delivery, and installation. The affected structures include the shop building, spawning building, chemical storage building, and two pump houses. The exterior renovations include replacing board and batten and lap siding with metal wall panels, replacing asphalt shingle roofs with a standing seam metal roof system, including new gutters, downspouts, metal fascia, flashing, joint sealant, metal soffit, and weather barriers, installing new windows, doors, and garage doors, painting CMU block walls, installation of grinder basin, site improvements include a grinder basin, control panel, force main, a new manhole, and erosion control. Interior renovations within the shop building will include but are not limited to constructing wood stud walls, installing casework, countertops, plumbing fixtures, an on-demand water heater, lighting fixtures, a drop ceiling, insulation, and finish carpentry, installing wood doors, door hardware, gypsum board, and epoxy flooring, upgrading mechanical and electrical systems, replacing breakroom HVAC, installation of bathroom wall heater, demolishing the existing restroom and constructing a new ADA-compliant restroom, complete with a toilet, grab bars, sink, and public restroom accessories, installation of new distribution water line, sewer lines, and vent lines.
