Elk Point Township is inviting sealed bids from general contractors for the construction of a new post-frame building measuring 50 feet by 80 feet with an 18-foot sidewall height. The building will feature one 24' x 16' overhead door located on the front, offset to the right side, and one standard walk-through entry door. It will have a metal roof and metal wall siding, and no windows. The construction must comply with applicable local building codes. Interested contractors can obtain project specifications and bid information by contacting Elk Point Township.Sealed bids must be received by September 23rd, 2026.
