Request for Proposals for Development & Purchase of Stratavon Dr. NW Properties (2)

The City of North Canton is soliciting proposals for the development and purchase of two (2) property parcels totaling 8.04 acres owned by the City: Stark County Parcels No. 9209050 (401 Stratavon Dr. NW); and No. 10002818 on Stratavon Dr. NW in North Canton, Ohio. The preferred project would involve a commercial, retail, or mixed commercial/residential use that will meet the requirements of the $3 million ODNR AMLER grant received for mine remediation and economically beneficial development on the properties, to put the land back into productive use for our North Canton community.Interested developers are encouraged to submit, particularly those with relevant experience and qualifications relating to projects of a similar scope or nature. The developer ultimately selected would be awarded a combined development and sales agreement for the properties, in accordance with the regulations set forth for the City's ODNR AMLER grant award.
