Goose Creek Park Environmental Restoration

The City of Davenport is accepting bids from qualified contractors for the Goose Creek Park Environmental Restoration project.  The project consists of clearing and grubbing, grading, stream bank stabilization and bio-engineering techniques, seeding and planting, nature-based playscape installation and chip trail construction.  This project will be constructed in coordination with another water quality initiative project (Bid 27-17) and will tie into those stormwater conveyance step pools at Goose Creek.     A pre-bid meeting will be held on August 25, 2026, at 2:30PM at Davenport Public Works, located at 1200 E 46th Street. This will be a time to review the plans and specifications, address any questions or concerns, and discuss the City’s expectations. All contractors intending to bid on this project are encouraged to have a representative in attendance.    Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted.  Within the system, each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
