Sealed bids are being accepted by the Sanitary & Improvement District No. 335 of Sarpy County, Nebraska for the project known as Lakeview — Water Quality Pond Conversion 1-4. The Engineer's estimate for the construction costs is $181,955.00.There will be no pre-bid meeting for this project. Bidders are required to submit their bids on forms provided by the Engineer. A 24-hour notice is required for picking up paper sets.Each bid must be accompanied by a certified or bank check or an acceptable bid bond in the amount of $9,097.75, guaranteeing that the successful bidder will execute the contract and provide an acceptable Contract Bond. Bidders may not withdraw their bids for 30 days following the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
