Janitorial Services: MnDOT Virginia Headquarters

Purpose: To establish a contract for janitorial and housekeeping services on a daily basis (M-F) for the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) D1 Virginia Headquarters located at 101 Hoover Road North, Virginia, MN 55792. The Contractor will provide labor only. All equipment and supplies will be provided by the agency. Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting. A pre-proposal meeting will take place on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Attendance is mandatory. To register for the pre-proposal meeting, contact Drew Rasmussen via email at drew.rasmussen@state.mn.us by Friday, August 21, 2:00 PM. Responders that do not register for the pre-proposal meeting will not be admitted into the facility. The Responder's SWIFT response must contain monthly pricing and completed Attachments F and G. If your response does not contain a monthly price and completed Attachments F and G, your response will be rejected. SWIFT will be unavailable beginning Thursday, August 27, 2026, starting at 4:30 p.m., through Monday, August 31 at 6 a.m. Questions. Any questions or clarifications in regard to the solicitation response shall be made in writing to Erin Snaza at erin.snaza@state.mn.us.  If a Responder discovers any significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other deficiency in the solicitation, the Responder must immediately notify the Acquisition Management Specialist/Buyer in writing of such error and request modification or clarification of the document.  All questions should be submitted no later than 4:00 PM on August 26. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the questions/clarifications due date and time. Responders are not to contact anyone within any other State Agency regarding this solicitation.
