Dry Compost Accelerator for MnDOT

THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Non-electronic and e-mail responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted in the Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details. The State of Minnesota (State) is seeking to purchase dry compost accelerator products, also known as A-268: Animal Carrion Accelerator, such as Boost Compost Xcel, or MnDOT approved equal, on an as needed basis. The Contractor(s) must be able to provide pallets of accelerator for orders at a contracted rate to the location listed in Exhibit C of the Contract document. The State reserves the right to use any Contract that may result from this Solicitation. SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. Questions from prospective Responders regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to jennifer.bartle@state.mn.us no later than August 25, 2026, 3:00 PM CT. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum. APPROVED EQUALS. Product offers other than Boost Compost Xcel MUST be submitted as a requested approved equal by August 21, 2026, in writing to jennifer.bartle@state.mn.us.
