Flooring Installation at Sunny Acres Nursing Home

Heritage Operations Group and Menard County are inviting sealed bids for the flooring of the common areas at Sunny Acres Nursing Home located at 19130 Sunny Acres Road, Petersburg, Illinois 62675. Bids must be delivered in a sealed envelope to the Menard County Coordinator at 102 South Seventh Street, Petersburg, IL 62675 by 3:00 PM on September 3, 2026. The bids will be opened by Heritage Operations Group and the Menard County Board. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for August 14th from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. It is required for bidders to make an in-person site visit to bid on the project. All bids must include pricing for various components including prevailing wage rates as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor, signed proposals, demolition responsibilities, removal and storage of materials, interior repairs, startup confirmation, warranty for parts and labor, and a timeline for project completion. All work is subject to the provisions of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act. Qualified Female and Minority Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit bids. Menard County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in the bidding process. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the opening without written consent from the Owner.
