Roof Replacement at Woodland MS

Williamson County Schools (WCS) is currently accepting sealed bids for a roofing replacement project at Woodland Middle School. This opportunity is available exclusively to roofing contractors who participated and were accepted in the WCS-RFQ #1330 on November 7, 2023. A pre-bid meeting will be held for this project starting at 10:00 am on Thursday, August 27, 2026, at the Woodland Middle School Campus, located at 1500 Volunteer Parkway, Brentwood, TN 37027. Project instructions, plans, specifications, and requirements will be provided to all qualified and accepted roofing contractors by Richard C. Rinks & Associates, Inc., located at 30 North Jefferson, Cookeville, TN, phone number (931) 528-5543. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, either mailed or hand-delivered to WCS Central Office at 1320 West Main Street, Suite 202, Franklin, TN 37064, attention Skip Decker. Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted. Any bid received after the specified opening time will not be accepted. Sealed bids will be accepted until 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, September 10, 2026, at which time they will be officially opened. WCS reserves the right to change dates or waive informalities as deemed necessary for the best interest of the district. Once the sealed bid envelope is submitted, the Purchasing Department will stamp the face of the envelope to authenticate the actual date and time it is received. All WCS bids are contingent upon funding.
