Police Station HVAC Upgrades

Sealed bids will be received by the Clerk of the Village of Cuyahoga Heights, Ohio at their office in the Cuyahoga Heights Village Hall, located at 4863 East 71st Street, until noon (12) o'clock, prevailing time Wednesday, September 2, 2026, for furnishing the necessary labor and materials for the Police Station HVAC Upgrades in Cuyahoga Heights, Ohio. The work must be completed in accordance with the Plans and Specifications available at the office of the Village Engineer, Donald G. Bohning & Associates, Inc., at 7979 Hub Parkway, Valley View, Ohio. Bidders are required to deposit a non-refundable sum of sixty dollars ($60.00) for the Plans and Specifications. To be considered a plan holder of record, bidders must use the printed forms provided upon application and purchase a set of Plans and Specifications. Each bid must clearly state the amount bid for both labor and materials and include the full name or names of the bidding parties. Additionally, each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond for the full amount of the bid or a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Letter of Credit equal to ten percent of the bid, as specified in Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. The Bid Guarantee serves as surety that a contract will be entered into if the bid proposal is accepted, and the performance of the construction will be secured within the specified time. Bid Guarantees will be retained until a contract is properly executed by the successful bidder. All bids, along with the Bid Guarantee, must be sealed in an envelope and clearly endorsed with 'Police Station HVAC Upgrades, Cuyahoga Heights, Ohio'. The Village of Cuyahoga Heights reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities or irregularities in the received bids, and accept any bid deemed most favorable, while disregarding all nonconforming, incomplete, or conditional bids or counter proposals. The Village may also conduct investigations to evaluate any bid to establish the qualifications, responsibility, and financial ability of the contractor or sub-contractor to complete the work satisfactorily within the prescribed time.
