Woodridge Park District High Dusting Services

The Woodridge Park District is seeking sealed bids for high dusting services at the Woodridge Athletic Recreation Center (ARC). Bidders must submit their proposals in an opaque envelope marked with the project name by September 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. All bids will be publicly opened and read at that time. The work involves providing all necessary labor, materials, tools, and equipment to perform high dusting and cleaning services at the ARC, located at 8201 Janes Avenue, Woodridge, IL. The work is scheduled to start on August 16, 2027, and must be completed by the end of the workday on August 18, 2027. During this period, the ARC will be closed to the public, allowing the contractor access from 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. The contract documents, including instructions to bidders, plans, and specifications, will be available for examination at the Woodridge Park District's Administrative Office starting August 13, 2026. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the ARC on August 20, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Digital documents can be requested via the district's website, and will be emailed at no cost within two business days.
