Portland Public Schools is looking for a vendor partner to supply essential custodial materials and provide reliable service, responsive account management, practical staff training, and implementation support for the district's evolving cleaning standards. This includes transitioning to microfiber-based cleaning tools and probiotic-based cleaning chemistry where appropriate.Proposals must be submitted as an email attachment to bids@portlandschools.org. The subject line should include the name of the Bidder, the contract name, and #27001. The deadline for submission is September 25th, 2026, at 4:00 p.m., after which the proposals will be opened and read.
