Signal Improvements - Hastings at Eddy & Melby

The City of Eau Claire is seeking bids to modify and reconfigure the operation of the traffic signals for the addition of per-lane signaling on mainline and adding converting to protected-permitted flashing yellow arrow operation at two intersections; Hastings Way & Eddy Ln; and Hastings Way & Melby St. Construction shall consist of removing the existing signal structures and installing new monotube structures and traffic signals and implementing the new signal timings.
