The City of Trenton has announced that during a regular meeting of the City Council held on August 6, 2026, contracts were awarded in accordance with the New Jersey Cooperative Purchasing Program, which allows the City to purchase items without competitive bidding. The awarded contracts and the resolutions authorizing them are available for public inspection in the office of the Municipal Clerk.Two resolutions were highlighted: RESOLUTION NO. 26-291 was awarded to Dell Marketing, L.P. for the purchase of software licensing with Microsoft Office 365, with a time period until May 31, 2027, and a cost not to exceed $292,933.57. RESOLUTION NO. 26-301 was awarded to Eagle Point & Gun/TJ Morris & Son for the purchase of ammunition for the Police Department, with a time period until May 14, 2027, and a cost not to exceed $120,000.00.For further details, interested parties may contact the Municipal Clerk's office for access to the resolutions and contracts.Bids are not required for these contracts as they fall under the cooperative purchasing program. However, any inquiries regarding the contracts can be directed to the City Clerk's office.Bids or proposals are not applicable for this notice as the contracts have already been awarded.
