Flemington Wells SCADA Improvements

The Borough of Flemington is seeking bids for the construction of the Flemington Wells SCADA Improvements project. This project involves SCADA improvements at all 8 well sites within the Borough. The work includes the replacement of PLCs, modifications to the Operator Terminal Interface panel, installation of radios, I/O cards, and programming of all input/output functions and view screens. Additionally, there will be miscellaneous work required. Bids will be accepted until September 10, 2026, at 11am local time, at the Borough of Flemington's office located at 38 Park Avenue, Flemington, NJ 08822, where they will be publicly opened and read. The Borough reserves the right to award the base bid, the alternate bid, or to reject all bids. Prospective bidders can examine the bidding documents at Martucci Engineering LLC, located at 49 East Main Street, Flemington, New Jersey, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9am to 3pm. Copies of the bidding documents can be obtained from the Issuing Office. Note that partial sets of bidding documents will not be available. The Owner and Engineer are not responsible for documents obtained from other sources. Printed copies of the bidding documents are available for $50.00 per set, payable to Martucci Engineering LLC. This cost does not include shipping charges. Upon receipt of payment, the printed documents will be sent via the bidder's chosen delivery service. Bidders should also be aware of the domestic preference requirements for iron and steel products as mandated by the USDA Projects, which apply to this project.
