Leake High School Band Uniform Bid

NOTICE TO BIDDERS  The Leake County Board of Education, Leake County, Mississippi, hereby gives Public Notice, in compliance with the requirements of Section 31-7-13 Mississippi Code of 1972, Annotated, as amended, that the Board shall receive sealed proposals for Leake High School Band Uniforms. The school is located at 704 North Jordan Street Carthage, MS 39051Un-priced bid Proposals will be accepted until 10:00 am on Tuesday, September 1, 2026 in sealed envelopes at the Office of Superintendent at 109 West Main Street Carthage, MS 39051. Submissions will be evaluated and vendors submitting acceptable offers will be invited electronically to submit price bids during the Notification of Invitation to Bid (based upon acceptance of Proposals) on Monday, September 7, 2026. Bidding will be held by electronic reverse auction at 10:00 am on Monday, September 7, 2026. The electronic reverse auction will last one (30) minutes and is scheduled to end at 10:30 am on Monday, September 7, 2026. Specifications may be obtained by contacting Patricia Leflore at the Office of Superintendent at (601) 267-4579 or emailing pleflore@leakesd.org.  Bidders should request such specifications by designating the Bid Number as shown below. Leake County School District now offers electronic bidding.  Electronic RFPs, bids and/or reverse auction bids can be submitted at www.centralbidding.com.
