THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR BID (RFB). Non-electronic and e-mail responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted in the Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details. - The purpose fo this solicitation is to receive responses and award a contract with a qualified vendor to furnish two (2) complete stacked bulk fluid and distribution systems for the Maintenance and Traffic Service departments located at the MnDOT Golden Valley Truck Station. - SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. Questions from prospective Responders regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to Michael Brainard at michael.brainard@state.mn.us no later than July 29, 2026, 2:00 PM CST. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum.
