Integrated Sponsorship, Branding, Marketing, And Corporate Partnership Services

The City of Carson (“City”) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified agencies to provide sponsorship sales, branding, marketing, and corporate partnership services for The Carson Experience/Carson X, a proposed up-to-30-day celebration associated with the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games period and the City’s 60th Anniversary of Cityhood in 2028.This is a qualifications-based solicitation. Cost or fee proposals are not requested and will not be evaluated as part of the initial selection process unless otherwise stated in this RFQ. Following evaluation, the City may establish a shortlist of the highest-ranked firms and may conduct interviews, request additional information, or negotiate the final scope of services, contract terms, and compensation with one or more qualified firms, as permitted by applicable law and City policy.This solicitation may result in a single award or multiple awards, at the sole discretion of the City, based on respondent qualifications, expertise, capacity, and the City’s evolving needs. The City anticipates awarding within 90 days of the response deadline; however, additional time may be required to complete a thorough evaluation and negotiation process. The intended term of any resulting agreement is 5 years from the commencement date.
