Corrective and Preventive Maintenance Generator Services for MPT

In order to achieve optimum operating efficiency, maximum life expectancy and provide reliable emergency back-up power during power outages Maryland Public Television (MPT) is seeking to obtain the services of a Contractor to provide Corrective and Preventive Maintenance (PM) of the back-up generator system located at our WCPB Salisbury Maryland Transmitter site for an initial two (2) year period with one (1) two-year renewal options. Quotes shall be all inclusive and billed in eight (8) equal payments on a quarterly basis following quarterly service. Repairs and service beyond the Scope of Work that may be required in order to restore the equipment’s capability and reliability shall only be carried out with the prior authorization from MPT and invoiced separately. Quotes shall include hourly rates for both normal business hours and emergency after hours for work not covered under product warranties and/or beyond the Scope of Work of this Request for Quote (RFQ). The successful contactor, if awarded the PM agreement under this solicitation, understands that services to be provided are only for the PM of the WCPB Salisbury transmitter generator system.
