High Impact Tutoring Services

The Lakewood Board of Education is seeking proposals for High Impact Tutoring Services through a Competitive Contracting Process. This contract is fully funded by the High Impact Tutoring Grant from the State of New Jersey. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Office of the School Business Administrator/Board Secretary by the due date and time specified below. All necessary proposal specifications and forms can be obtained by writing to Mr. Kevin Campbell, School Business Administrator/Board Secretary at the Lakewood Board of Education, 200 Ramsey Ave, Lakewood, New Jersey 08701. Proposals must be delivered by Friday, September 5, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. The proposals will be opened publicly at the Lakewood Board of Education at the same address. It is recommended that proposals be sent via certified mail or another delivery service that provides proof of delivery. Hand-delivered proposals will also be accepted on the day of the opening, but it is advised to submit them earlier to ensure timely receipt. The Board of Education does not accept electronic submissions for this proposal. All respondents must comply with the relevant New Jersey statutes and regulations. A statement of ownership and a Non-Collusion Affidavit must be included with the proposal. Failure to submit all required documents may result in disqualification.
