City of Jeannette - Sanitary Sewer Repairs - Contract R024-26

The Municipal Authority of Westmoreland County is seeking separate and sealed proposals for the City of Jeannette's Sanitary Sewer Repairs under Contract R024-26. Proposals must be submitted to their office located at 124 Park and Pool Road, New Stanton, Pennsylvania, 15672, by September 3, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. where they will be publicly opened and read. A Non-Mandatory Pre-bid conference will be held on August 25, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. at the Municipal Authority of Westmoreland County Board Room. Attendance is encouraged but not required for bid submission. Bidders must include a certified check or Bidder's Bond for ten percent (10%) of the proposal amount, payable to the Municipal Authority of Westmoreland County. Bids cannot be withdrawn for 120 days after submission. All contractors must comply with Act 127 of 2012 and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Requirement. For further details regarding bid submission, qualifications, and procedures, refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bidding Documents. This project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act and requires that all iron and steel products used must be produced in the United States. Waivers may apply to this contract.
