Route JJ Wastewater System

The City of Moberly, Missouri, is inviting sealed bids for the Route JJ Wastewater System project. Bids will be received in Council Chambers, City Hall, 101 West Reed Street, Moberly, MO 65270 until 2:00 P.M. local time on September 9, 2026, at which point they will be publicly opened and read aloud. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for August 18, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. at Moberly City Hall, with a virtual attendance option available upon request.The project involves the installation of approximately 16,500 linear feet of 4-inch force main, three submersible wastewater pumping stations, three generators, and related appurtenances. Bidders must provide bid security amounting to five percent of their maximum bid price. Compliance with the President's Executive Order Number 11246 is required, and details are included in the specifications.This project is financed through the Missouri State Revolving Fund. The City of Moberly encourages bids from Women and Minority Business Enterprises. Bidding documents will be distributed by Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc.
