State Route 18 Utility Relocation

The Northwestern Water and Sewer District is seeking bids for the construction of the State Route 18 Utility Relocation project. This project involves the installation of various water and sanitary force mains, including 60 linear feet of 12" waterline by open cut, and multiple lengths of sanitary force mains by both open cut and horizontal directional drilling. Bids will be received until Thursday, September 3, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. local time, at which point they will be publicly opened and read.Information and Bidding Documents for the project can be accessed at the websites https://www.construction.com/ and https://home.bxohio.com/. Bidders are encouraged to register with Peterman Associates, Inc. as a plan holder, regardless of the source from which they obtain the bidding documents. The designated plan rooms will provide updates on addenda and other relevant information for bidders.The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is Peterman Associates, Inc., located at 3480 North Main Street, Findlay, Ohio 45480. Bidders can obtain or review the bidding documents at this office from Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Printed copies of the documents are available for a deposit of $100.00 per set. Bidders must comply with Ohio's prevailing wage rates and are encouraged to use Ohio products and services. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities.
