2027 - 2031 Janitorial Services for Offices in Columbia, Dutchess, Putnam, and Ulster Counties

The Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) oversees the Taconic Developmental Disabilities State Operations Office (DDSOO) and requires a qualified Contractor to provide janitorial services at multiple locations in Columbia, Dutchess, Putnam, and Ulster counties.  The facilities' used space includes offices, classrooms, corridors, halls, lobbies, reception areas, restrooms, and kitchen areas. The Contract must, during the term of this Agreement, perform all janitorial services described and specified in the Scope of Work included in the Invitation for Bid (IFB).  The Contract must service all seven locations included in this IFB. One contract will be awarded.  Business enterprises awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: Paramount Services Group Complete Business Solutions
