TSA Screening Checkpoint Expansion

The City of Bangor, Maine (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the TSA Screening Checkpoint Expansion. Bids will ONLY be received and accepted at the office of the Purchasing Department located at City Hall, 73 Harlow Street, Bangor, Maine 04401, until 2:00 PM local time on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, and at such time will be opened publicly and read.Bids shall be on a lump sum basis, as indicated in the Bid Worksheet. Bidders must use the same unit pricing for like pay items within each schedule. All technical questions regarding this project should be directed by email to Katie Servis, prior to 2:00 on September 11, 2026. Any questions received after that time will not be answered.Two NON-MANDATORY pre-bid conferences and site visits for the Project will be held in-person for this project at Bangor International Airport, 287 Godfrey Boulevard, Bangor, Maine 04401. The first will be held on Wednesday, August 26th at 1:00 pm and the second will be held on Wednesday, September 3rd at 1:00 pm.
