SUMMARY NOTICE OF INTENTION TO SELL SECURITIESSanta Clara Valley Water District Water System Refunding Revenue Bonds ($273,675,000*Series 2026A)Santa Clara Valley Water District Water System Refunding Revenue Bonds ($87,960,000*Taxable Series 2026B)Santa Clara Valley Water District Water System Revenue Notes ($163,455,000*Series 2026C)Bids for the purchase of the Santa Clara Valley Water District Water System Refunding Revenue Bonds, Series 2026A (the “2026A Bonds”) and Water System Revenue Notes, Taxable Series 2026C (the “2026C Notes” and together with the 2026A Bonds, the “Tax-Exempt Securities”) will be received on August 25, 2026 and bids for the purchase of the Santa Clara Valley Water District Water System Refunding Revenue Bonds, Taxable Series 2026B (the “2026B Bonds” and together with the Tax-Exempt Securities, the “Securities”) will be received on September 9, 2026, in each case in electronic form via PARITY®. The Securities are being issued by the Santa Clara Valley Water District (“Valley Water”). Separate electronic bids will be received for the 2026A Bonds and the 2026C Notes on August 25, 2026. Electronic bids will be received for the 2026A Bonds until 7:45 a.m. California time. Electronic bids will be received for the 2026C Notes until 8:15 a.m. California time.Electronic bids will be received for the 2026B Bonds on September 9, 2026 until 8:15 a.m. California time.Separate Preliminary Official Statements and Official Notices of Sale will be available with respect to the Tax-Exempt Securities and the 2026B Bonds.
