DNWTP 60 MGD Plant Expansion Project

Weber Basin Water Conservancy District is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) to provide professional engineering services for the Davis North Water Treatment Plant (DNWTP) expansion project for upgrading existing infrastructure to bring the plant capacity from 46 million gallons per day (MGD) to 60 MGD. The attached RSOQ contains project background and information on various studies commissioned by the District. The studies will only be released to the awarded engineering consulting firm. Please follow all directions outlined in the RSOQ and have all information requests and questions submitted via e-mail by no later than September 3, 2026 at 4:00 pm.
