Anger Management Services

This Request for Proposal (RFP) announces the intent of the County of Mendocino tosolicit qualified Vendors to provide bilingual, structured, evidence-based AngerManagement services for parents, caregivers, and youth involved with MendocinoCounty Family and Children’s Services (FCS). These services are intended to addressanger-related behaviors that compromise child safety, hinder reunification efforts, ornegatively affect overall family functioning.Mendocino County seeks access to high-quality, trauma-informed Anger Managementprogramming that supports clients in developing healthier coping strategies, improvingemotional regulation, and strengthening communication and conflict-resolution skills.The purpose of this RFP is to establish service partnerships capable of deliveringconsistent, culturally responsive interventions across the county, including rural andtribal communities where service availability has historically been limited.The County intends to award one or more contracts to providers who can deliverhigh-quality services, maintain strong communication and coordination with FCS, anddemonstrate measurable improvements in client behavior and family safety.
