Bourbon Branch Library Building Renovations

The Crawford County Library District is seeking sealed bids for renovations of the new Bourbon Branch Library Building. Bids must be submitted by 2:00 PM on Thursday, September 3, 2026. Bids should be delivered to the Crawford County Library District at the existing Bourbon Branch Library address. Bids will be opened at 2:10 PM on the same day at the new library location. A non-mandatory Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at 1:00 PM at the new Bourbon Branch Library Building. Bidders must provide a Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond for 5% of the Bid amount, along with other requirements specified in the Project Manual. The selected contractor must also provide Performance and Payment Bonds and proof of insurance.
